Food Processing Skills Canada (FPSC), in partnership with the Social Research and Demonstration Corporation, offers an innovative 'Pay for Performance' training model. Designed to reimburse employers and enhance workforce capabilities, this program delivers measurable improvements in food safety practices and operational efficiency.
Training Bundles
The Investing in Food Safety program offers two tailored training bundles designed to elevate workforce expertise and ensure compliance with industry standards. The Food Safety Refresher Bundle focuses on reinforcing essential food safety practices, helping employees stay updated on critical protocols to maintain a safe production environment. The Principles of Quality Assurance Bundle dives into the fundamentals of quality assurance, equipping participants with the skills to uphold product integrity and meet customer expectations. Both bundles also include Emotional Skills/Soft Skills training to enhance interpersonal skills, fostering better teamwork, communication, and workplace relationships.
Together, these bundles provide a comprehensive approach to fostering a culture of safety and excellence in the food and beverage processing industry.
